Dear Stamford Democrat!

We take great pleasure and excitement in announcing that we have endorsed a highly qualified slate of candidates to represent your interests in our town. As our committee has grown, we have found that the issues and priorities of voters have not been consistently represented in town government, and we are eager for a change. To that end, the Stamford Democratic Committee (SDC) has endorsed the candidacy of Kelly Keck for Stamford Town Supervisor and Barbara Doyle and Donna Houghton for Stamford Town Board. These three candidates will strive for a more responsive and open town government for the betterment of all town tax-payers.

Censure resolutions introduced

Stamford No Comments »

The Otsego County Democratic Committee voted last week to urge two area members of Congress to support an impeachment study focused on President Bush and Vice President Cheney.

Rural America sees the rest of the country prospering; their assessment of “rural America” is less sanguine.
