Don’t forget: the DCDC Annual Dinner is coming up!
Events May 22nd. 2008, 8:41amRepresentatives Maurice Hinchey and Steve Israel will be among the special guests at the Delaware County Democratic Committee Annual Dinner on Saturday, June 21, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. in the SUNY Delhi Alumni Hall Hospitality Center.
Other invited guests include Congresswoman Kirsten Gillibrand, Senators Charles Schumer and Hillary Clinton, and New York State Democratic Committee Chair June O’Neil.
Hinchey represents New York’s 22nd Congressional District, a sprawling area that runs from the Hudson Valley to the Finger Lakes and includes for towns in the county.
Israel’s district in the New York 2nd Congressional District, covering parts of Long Island. He also works the northeast for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, recruiting and supporting strong Democratic candidates.
The Committee has selected Tom Coddington of Andes as recipient of its Democrat of the Year Award.
Hinchey, Israel and other special guests will join our Chairwoman, Cynthia Lockrow, at a private networking reception at 5 p.m. A limited number of tickets for the Chairwoman’s Circle, which includes the reception and dinner for two with preferred seating, are available for $200.
