Stamford Dems Meeting – May 2007
Stamford May 19th. 2007, 10:30amThe Stamford Democrats held their last meeting on Monday, May 14 at 7 pm at the Stamford Village Hall. During the meeting, the members discussed the latest news of the town as well as upcoming events. The committee developed a plan for ad sales for the upcoming fund-raising county dinner program. The dinner will be held in South Kortright at the Plum Tree on June 30. Members also discussed this year’s Stamford Flag Day parade. The members are planning on marching in the parade as well as having a fund-raising yard sale. As in past years, the committee is planning to have a presence at the up-coming Horseshoe Festival in July. The committee members also voted to endorse the candidacy of Kelly Keck for Stamford Town Supervisor. The next meeting was scheduled for June 11 at 7 pm at the Stamford Village Hall.
